We may accept change‑of‑mind returns or refund requests at our discretion. Conditions:
- Must be within 14 days of purchase.
- Tiles must be in original, unopened boxes and in resalable condition.
- A restocking fee (typically 20–30%) may apply.
- Special‑order, indent, clearance, or discontinued items are strictly non‑returnable and non‑refundable.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method once goods have been inspected and approved.
7.2 Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with:
- Photos of the fault,
- Batch details (if applicable), and
- Your order number.
We will assess the claim according to Australian Consumer Law and may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.
8. Warranty
Warranties vary by product and manufacturer. Warranty claims must follow the manufacturer's guidelines.
Damage caused by improper installation, handling, or site conditions is not covered.
