24-Hour Return Policy
You have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition you received it

  • Be unused, with tags attached

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase

Restocking Fee:
Certain items may incur a restocking fee, which varies by quantity and product type.

How to Start a Return:
Contact us at info@thpau.com with:

  • A description of the reason for your return

  • Any relevant photos of the product

If your return is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send your item

Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Return requests made after the 24-hour window will not be accepted.

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, the fastest method is to return your original item and indicate which product you want in exchange. 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
